Led the end-to-end upgrade of The Ragged Priest’s Shopify site, delivering a refreshed digital experience across the homepage, UX and PDP.
Scoped and managed the entire project, working with an external developer on a tight budget and timeline to migrate the store to a Shopify 2.0 theme. Focused on optimising the mobile user experience by streamlining site structure, simplifying the customer journey, and removing outdated apps to deliver a faster, cleaner UX and improved operational efficiency.
Site upgrade delivered in under 2 weeks - combining strategy, UX and content to drive clarity, speed and conversion.
I led a full restructure - re-defining the content hierarchy, briefing the developer and aligning creative with commercial goals. Alongside the UX overhaul, I introduced a clearer navigation strategy, improved product categorisation and filtering and refined PDP and SEO copy to support on-site performance. The result was a cleaner, faster ecommerce experience, with visuals and messaging aligned to the brand’s evolving direction.
